Ingredients
whole-wheat spaghetti
1 c frozen peas
1 can salmon
1/4 c. fresh dill chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. low fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
Preparation
boil pasta.
while the pasta is cooking, mix yogurt, garlic, herbs and lemon in a bowl.
Add peas to cooking pasta for the last minute of boiling.
Drain pasta, mix in yogurt mixture and crumble salmon over the top.
