Ingredients

2 2/3 cups dried pasta

2 avocados, diced

12 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup very fine dice maple cured ham

1 cup parmesan, freshly grated

1/3 c olive oil

pepper

Preparation

Prepare pasta until al dente. Drain well. Divide among 4 plates. Immediately spoon on 1/2 of parmesan, divided among 4 pasta plates. Drizzle with olive oil. Spoon on avocados, ham and cherry tomatoes. Season with pepper and remaining parmesan. Serve immediately.
