Ingredients

2 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks)

2-3 ounces of sliced proscuitto (cut into strips)

1 medium onion, (chopped)

2 cloves garlic, (minced)

3 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup vodka

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup sliced black olives

Black pepper to taste

1 tsp parlsey flakes (or more if fresh)

1/2 cup shredded parmesan

12 ounces of penne pasta (or such)

Preparation

Saute onion and garlic until soft. In a separate pan, brown chicken pieces and crisp proscuitto. Mix meat and olives in with onions and garlic. Bring heat to med-high. Add vodka and ignite. Bring heat to low. After flame dies out, add cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add pepper and parlsey. Combine with cooked pasta and shredded parmesan.
