Ingredients

Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice from one lemon (1/3 c)

2 cloves garlic

ground pepper

8 oz cooked penne

3/4 cup crumbled feta

1 tbsp chopped tarragon

4 tbsp chopped italian parsley

1/2 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives

3 oz toasted almonds

1 red pepper finely chopped

1 bunch green onions chopped

1 sm head broccoli florets

1 bunch asparagus lightly steamed and chopped into 1" pieces

Preparation

dressing- blend all ingredients in a blender

put all ingredients in a bowl and toss
