Ingredients

1 box your fav pasta (campenelle)

2 ripe tomatoes off the vine or grape tomatoes

1 can black olives (or less)

1 pkg tomato/basil feta

1 jar artichoke tampenade (trader joes)

1/2 sweet onion

2-3 tbsps balsamic vinegar

2 tbsps olive oil

kosher salt to taste

pepper to taste

lemon to taste

Preparation

cook a full box of pasta chop finely the onion and black olives, in a seperate bowl, mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar,lemon with salt and pepper. Add feta cheese. Let cool in fridge, save some dressing for when your ready to serve.
