Ingredients

one box combination spinach/egg noodle pasta

yellow or orange pepper - one

broccoli - one head

red onion - one

carrots - 2-3

cherry tomatoes - one container

cucumber - 1

Italian dressing - large bottle (regular, not light)

“Salad Supreme” spice mixture

pecorino romano cheese (small block)

salt/pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and cool immediately.

While pasta is cooking, start preparing veggies:

thinly slice red onion and carrots

peal/slice cucumber slice orange/yellow pepper break off broccoli flowerets. rinse and drain cherry tomatoes

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over and mix. Sprinkle “Salad Supreme” and salt/pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly. Let chill overnight; mixing once or twice.

Before serving, mix one more time. Shred Pecorino Romano cheese over top.
