1 red bell pepper (diced)
4oz sun-dried tomatoes (cut into strips)
1 cup olive oil
1 cup garlic red wine vinegar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
