Ingredients

1 pound cooked pasta tossed with 1 TBS oil

1 large sweet red pepper, juliened

1 large sweet green pepper, juliened

1 med zucchini, juliened

3 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 cup oil

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat oil and cook peppers 1-2 minutes. add salt and pepper to taste. add zucchini and heat and toss to combine. Serve with hot pasta. add cheese.
