Ingredients
1 cup Bertolli Olive Oil
3 Red Bell Peppers
3 Green Bell Peppers
3 Yellow Bell Peppers
1 Lb. Angel Hair Pasta (cooked and drained)
1 Tbsp. Crushed Garlic
2 Tbsp. Garlic Pepper
2 Teas. Salt
1 Teas. Crushed Red Pepper
Preparation
Keep drained angel hair pasta in cooking pot. Saute peppers in olive oil until just fork tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook 2 more minutes. Pour over pasta in pot. Toss well. Serve with parmesan or romano cheese on the side. Serve hot, cold or room temperature. This lovely dish can be made one or two days in advance and refrigerated. Enjoy!
