Ingredients:
2 cups Canned Tuna or Tuna in a Pouch
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 small red onion (diced)
1 can of dice tomatoes
1 small can of spicy tomato sauce
1 can of sliced mushrooms
Fresh Basil (chopped)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
¼ butter
4 tbps olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese(grated )
Salt
Pepper
1 box of ½ lb of Spaghetti Pasta
Preparation
Pasta:
Cook pasta according to directions, once cook set aside
Sauce:
1.Pour in your olive oil in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat, add butter sauté garlic and add onions once garlic turns brown
2.Add the tuna and mushroom sauté them for 3 minutes. 3.Add the canned diced tomatoes, cover the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. 4.After five minutes add the canned spicy tomato sauce, stir 5.Simmer for another 3 minutes 6.Add salt and pepper to taste 7.Add basil and parsley 8.Add ½ cup of the Parmesan cheese. 9.Reduce heat to low, add the cook pasta to the skillet, mixed them, make sure pasta is covered evenly with the sauce 10.Add the remaining Parmesan, remove from heat and place in serving plate.
