Ingredients

I lb box of angel hair pasta

1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 oz of mushrooms cut up or diced

1/4 cup of dill

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1 Winter squash Julianned

1 summer squash julianned

1 ren and one green pepper julianned.

Preparation

Cut all squashes in a julianed fashed. Lengthwise. 1/16th of an inch. i1 package of mushrooms and dice them. Add 1/4 of a cup of lemon juice to the pasta after it’s drained. Suate the squash in the oil of 1/2 cup eov or eeov then add mushrooms. drain veggies and put over pasta.
