Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cans cannelli beans
1 pound pasta-any type you like
parmesean cheese
Preparation
In a heavy skillet, melt butter and oil together. Add in parsley flakes, garlic, pepper and beans. Heat to a rolling boil. Then turn off. Cook macaroni and drain. Save some of the liquid from boiling the pasta. Pour macaroni back into the dutch oven and add in bean mixture and some of the water to make it soupy. Serve with grated cheese
