Ingredients
1/4 pound of Pruscutto(diced and cubed)
1 large onion (chopped and cubed)
6 cloves of garlic
2 cans of italian style stewed tomoatoes (15 oz)
2 cans of white kidney beans (15 oz)
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 lb of tubellini pasta
2 cups of water
Salt and black pepper to taste

Garlic breadsticks (optional)
Preparation
In a stock pot saute 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic and onion. Saute until onions are soft, add pruscuitto, white kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, water, oregano and tomato paste. Bring to boil and lower temperature and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
In a seperate pot cook pasta until dante. Drain well and add to bean mixture. Mix well. Take off stove.
Serve with Perino romano cheese and garlic bread sticks.
