Ingredients
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
2-4 tbsp. olive oil
(2) 16 oz. cans tomato sauce
(2) 16 oz. cans of water
(2) 16 oz. cans cannelloni beans
½ lb. (1/2 box - ¾ box) of ditalini macaroni
Parsley
Grated cheese
Preparation
Fry garlic gently in oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and water and let cook for at least 10 minutes. Add beans, stir gently and continue to cook on simmer. Add parsley and salt, and if too thick add more water.
Cook ditalini al dente, drain and add to bean mixture, or put in bowl and spoon over bean mixture. Add grated cheese.
Add water and warm up leftovers.
