Ingredients
1 large can Ceci
Fill can with water to top
garlic, oil, oregano
1 or 2 crushed red peppers
1 lb. fetuccelle or linguine
Preparation
Boil water with spices and oil, then add ceci. Boil 4 minutes. Cook macaroni (with fetucelle, put a little oil in cooking water.) Strain noodles, then add ceci mixture. Mix and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
