Ingredients
1 jar of Alfredo sauce, preferably with sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 can chicken broth (low-sodim)
8 - 10ozs. sliced mushrooms sauteed, pinch of ceyenne pepper
2 lb. large shrimp,shelled and deveined
Preparation
In a 12" frypan, Saute mushrooms lightly in butter, add Alfredo Sauce and chicken broth,pinch of ceyenne. Simmer a few minutes. Add raw shrimp stirring and cooking until shrimp turn pink…Voila! Enjoy this delicious meal!
