Ingredients

Mix together: 1 Tablespoon pignoli

2 garlic cloves

1 Tablespoon basil

1 teaspoon parsley

black pepper

-crush together coarsely in mortar

1 Tablespoon grated Romano

1 Tablespoon Parmegiana

5 Tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Boil spaghetti or linguine al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter. Add pesto, toss well and serve.
