Ingredients
3/4 c unsalted butter or margarine
3/4 c sugar
5 eggs separated
6 oz bittersweet chocolate
6 oz ground almonds or almond flour
pinch of salt
Preparation
melt chocolate and cool Cream butter and sugar. add yolks. add chocolate add the almonds beat the whites until stiff fold into the batter pour into 9 " greased pan
Bake for 45 minutes
