Ingredients

2 cans 110g granadilla pulp

2 sticks butter

2 cups sugar

6 eggs

2 cups flour (all purpose)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Glaze: 1/4 cup honey, 1 tb. unsalted butter, melted, 2 tb. sugar.

Preparation

preheat oven 350 degrees and flour bundt pan (we use a decorative bundt pan but any will do) In large bowl, cream butter, blend in sugar, vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and mix well. Add granadilla. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

Bake one hour or until cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes.

**Optional Glaze: stir all glaze ingredients. Invert warm cake onto a plate and brush with glaze. Let cool completely.
