Ingredients
8 pasilla chiles, seeded, deveined, toasted
4lg Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2c water
1c roasted Tomatillo sauce
fine sea salt
Preparation
puree’ chiles,garlic, and water in a blender Strain thru a sieve into medium saucepan Stir in Tomatillo sauce and bring to boil over medium heat. Set aside
(May be made 1 day ahead, cooled, covered and refrigerated. Reheat before serving)
