Ingredients

1 pound (big) shell pasta

2 garlic cloves

1 tblsp. Dijon-style mustard

1/3 c. red-wine vinegar

2 or 3 tblsp. balsamic vinegar

1 tblsp. water

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. sundried tomatoes, soaked in hot water 5 min., drained well and chopped

1 can sliced black olives

1/2 or 3/4 pound smoked mozzerella, 1/2 cubes

5 oz. sliced hard salami, cut into strips

10 small seeded pepperocinis, cut into strips

1/4 tsp. dried hot red pepper flakes

1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 bottle of dried parsley

salt to taste

Preparation

Boil,rinse and drain shell pasta.(Prepare pasta prior to mixing with the rest of ingredients,and refridgerate, so that it will be cool) Blend first 8 ingredients(excluding pasta) together and mix all ingredients into pasta.
