Ingredients

4 Slices Rey bread; 4 slices white bread; 1 4-oz whipped cream sheese; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1/4 cup finely chopped celery and 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles; 1 4-oz can deviled ham. Sinpped parsley and pimiento strips for decorating the topes.

Preparation

Combine deviled ham, mayonnaise, celery, and pickles, cover and chill. Cut off the crusts from the bread. Spread the ham mixture on the white bread slices; top with rye bread slices. Frost the rye bread tops with the cream cheese. Cut the sandwich into quarters. Top with the parsley and pimiento for a festive look. Let the party begin!
