Ingredients
8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/3 c chopped chives
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
4 T butter
Paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil potatoes until soft but not mushy, and drain the water off. Add the sour cream, cream cheese and butter to the hot potatoes. Add chives, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.
