Ingredients

1 package Tri-colored Curly Pasta

1 Sm. fresh Broccoli floret

1 16 oz. can sliced olives

1 large carrot

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 bottle Newman’s Own Italian (or make own Dressing)

1/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch

1/4 Cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Boil Pasta according to package.Steam Broccoli just slightly, keeping crisp, about 3 minutes. Chop green and red bell peppers, cut broccoli into small bite-size pieces. Drain Pasta, rinse with cool water and add to Large Serving Bowl. Add peppers, sliced olives, Broccoli. Grate the carrot over the bowl. Add 1/2 of italian dressing to coat pasta. Mix well. Add remaining italian (if needed) and ranch dressing. Add Grated Parmsan last. Let chill. TIP: If needed, add more dressing right before serving.This dish can be made 1 day ahead just re-toss and add small amount of dressing before serving to keep it moist.
