Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

8 ounce can whole cranberries

15 ounces chili sauce

3 eggs

1 package onion soup mix

1 small can sauerkraut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Mix beef, bread crumbs, eggs and soup together. Form meatballs about 1" in diameter. Place in the oven for 15 minutes to brown, then place in a slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients plus 1/2 chili jar full of water. poon over the meatballs. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
