Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

1 1/2 medium onion, chopped

2 small cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

20 oz Brussel sprouts

3 TBS lime juice

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

melt butter in large skillet over moderate heat. add onion and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. add cucumber and brussel spouts; stir until coated with butter mixture. add lime juice, sugar, salt, dill and pepper. cook, uncovered, stirring frequently until sprouts are tender and juices are cooked down, about 25 minutes.
