Ingredients

1/2 pint cherry tomatoes

1 can (14 ounces)artichoke hearts

drained

1/2 cup bottled clear Italian salad dressing

leaf lettuce(optional)

1/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef

1/4 pound sliced deli hard salami

1/2 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese

1 can (6 ounces pitted ripe olives

drained

1/2 jar(16 ounces tiny whole dill pickles

drained.

Preparation

In medium bowl combine tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Add salad dressing,tossing to coat. Cover and chill. Line serving tray with leaf lettuce, if desired. Roll meats and cheese and arrange on tray as desired. Drain tomatoes and artichokes. Add to tray with olives and pickles.
