Ingredients

1 chopped garlic clove 

1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley 

1/4 cup olive oil 

3 tablespoons water 

coarse salt 

ground pepper 

Preparation

In a blender, puree 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 3 tablespoons water until smooth. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Makes 1/2 cup.
