Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked red potatoes

1 medium rib celery, chopped

2 T. snipped fresh parsley

1 T. chopped onion

1 T. chopped red pepper

1/2 T. cider vinegar

1 t. dry mustard

1/2 t. celery seeds

1/4 t. salt

1/8 t. pepper

1/4 c. Miracle Whip

Preparation

In large bowl, lightly toss all but mayo. Stir in mayo. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
