Ingredients

8 oz Orzo

1 Tbsp butter or margarine

2 large garlic gloves, minced

1 medium carrot, finely chopped

3 tbsp chopped parsley

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Cook the orzo according to packages directions and drain. Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat. Add the garlic and carrots, saute until tender, 1-3 minutes. Remoce from heat, stir in cooked orzo parsely and salt.
