Ingredients

2 cloves garlic 

4 anchovies, rinsed and dried 

Juice of 2 lemons 

Freshly ground pepper 

1 cup packed flat-leaf-parsley leaves, finely chopped 

1/2 cup packed watercress leaves, finely chopped 

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

Preparation

Chop garlic and anchovies together until a paste is formed. Place in a small bowl and add lemon juice and pepper. Add parsley and watercress. Whisk in olive oil.
