Ingredients
half a bunch of parsley
2 bananas
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp red wine or rice vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation
- slice bananas on the bias, for nice wide pieces.
- chop parsley up till the cutting bord turns slightly green
- in a lage pan, fry bananas on both sides till they are browned and slightly crisp.
- drain bananas on some crumpled paper towels, then toss in a large bowl with parsley till well coated.
- dress with vinegar, salt, and pepper. serve
