Ingredients

half a bunch of parsley

2 bananas

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp red wine or rice vinegar

salt

pepper

Preparation

  1. slice bananas on the bias, for nice wide pieces.
  2. chop parsley up till the cutting bord turns slightly green
  3. in a lage pan, fry bananas on both sides till they are browned and slightly crisp.
  4. drain bananas on some crumpled paper towels, then toss in a large bowl with parsley till well coated.
  5. dress with vinegar, salt, and pepper. serve
