Ingredients
1 cup parmesan
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup mayo
Bread rounds, sliced in quarters or shapes if desired
Preparation
Mix cheese, onion and mayo together. (Can store spread up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.)
Bake bread rounds/shapes in slow 200-250-degree oven for approx. 1/2 hour, until dry.
To serve, spread cheese mixture on rounds. Bake at 400-degrees for 18-20 minutes until bubbly.
