cups (6 oz.) small fresh mushrooms

cup sliced sweet onion

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

teaspoon salt

1/4

teaspoon pepper

tablespoon dry white wine

to 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt margarine in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
