package (14 oz) chicken tenders (not breaded), cut into bite-size pieces

cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

cups shredded Parmesan cheese

tablespoons lemon juice

tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/2
teaspoon black pepper
1/4
teaspoon salt
Preparation
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
In baking dish, mix all ingredients well.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
