Ingredients

1/2 rt seasoned salt

1 T flour

1 1/2 lb salmon (skin removed)

2 T light mayonnaise

1/2 c shredded parmesan

Preparation

  1. combine salt and flour in bag. Cut salmon into portions; place in bag and shake to coat.

  2. spread 1 T mayo on salmon. sprinkle with 1/4 c parmesan and press down.

  3. preaheat large fry pan on medium. place salmon, cheese side down in pan.

  4. coat other side of salmon w. remaining salmon and cheese. cover and cook 5-6 minutes on each side.
