Ingredients
1/2 rt seasoned salt
1 T flour
1 1/2 lb salmon (skin removed)
2 T light mayonnaise
1/2 c shredded parmesan
Preparation
combine salt and flour in bag. Cut salmon into portions; place in bag and shake to coat.
spread 1 T mayo on salmon. sprinkle with 1/4 c parmesan and press down.
preaheat large fry pan on medium. place salmon, cheese side down in pan.
coat other side of salmon w. remaining salmon and cheese. cover and cook 5-6 minutes on each side.
