Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 TBSP olive oil

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

In a shallow bowl, whisk your eg In a shallow plate, stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, pepper, salt and rosemary. Dip the chicken breast in the whisked egg and then toss in the bread crumb mixture to coat. In a large skillet, saute chicken breasts in the olive oil over med-high heat until golden brown, then sprinkle with parsley.
