Ingredients
1 pound bay shrimp
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
or 2 tsp dried
1-2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
one package small shell pasta
1/2 cube butter (or smart balance)
Preparation
cook pasta according to directions–al dente.
while pasta is cooking… melt butter add chopped garlic add shrimp, saute 1-2 minutes add basil and parmesan throw in cooked, drained pasta salt and pepper to taste
