Ingredients
1 bunch baby asparagus (stalks trimmed)
1 Tbsp. Butter (or olive oil)
1/3 cup freshly graded Parmesan
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Boil large pot of salted water. Add asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes (or until desired tenderness). Drain.
Heat skillet on high. Add butter (or olive oil). Saute asparagus for 1-2 minutes. Add parmesan and finish cooking until parmesan becomes slightly melted.
Remove from pan and serve!
