Ingredients

10 small red potatoes, peeled

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbs salt and pepper

1/2 cup of grated parmasian cheese

3 tbsp. unsalted butter

2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

dice peeled potatoes and cook in boiling water until soft. Drain potatoes and put them into a large mixing bowl. Add butter salt pepper and half of cream into the bowl. Use an electric mixer to mash all ingredients until smoothe. Add remainder of cream and parmasian cheese. Beat in. Finely chop garlic and mix it in. Sprinkle parmasian cheese on top and enjoy!
