Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. yeast

1 Tbl. root-beer extract

water

Preparation

  1. Add sugar and yeast to a clean 2-liter bottle.

  2. Add 1/3 bottle water. Shake and mix well, making sure yeast is dissolved.

  3. Add extract. Shake well.

  4. Fill bottle just one inch short of top.

  5. Let bottle sit in warm place for 2-3 days. Refrigerate.
