Ingredients
1 pound imitation crab meat
1 stick plus 1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
2 chopped challots
1 chopped red pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. In a hot frying pan, melt 1 stick butter or margarine. Add the bread crums and mix throughly. Reserve.
Melt the rest of the butter in a big pan. Add the challots and the red pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the imitation crab meat, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. The meat will crumble. Mix completeley and cook until it browns a little. Add the sour cream and the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Put the meat in an oven-proof pan, and cover with the bread crumb mixture. Put it in the oven untill it browns a little, about 5 minutes.
