Ingredients

2 cups chopped papaya (from 1 small peeled, seeded papaya)

1/2 cup ice

1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt

3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

Pinch of ground cardamom

Pinch of coarse salt

Preparation

Combine papaya, ice, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 minute. Serve immediately.
