Ingredients

1 lemon

1 large onion

1 head of garlic

9 corn on the cob

2 lbs red potatoes

2 lbs andouille sausage

2 lbs white fish - any kind

2 lbs shrimp

1 bag or box of shrimp boil seasoning - most markets have it near the fish

2-3 loaves of french bread

mustard or other dipping sauces

Preparation

split corn on cob cut potatoes in half cut sausage and fish into 1 inch cubes separate garlic into cloves cut lemon in half

Fill Turkey fryer half with water

add seasoning, onion, lemon, garlic, and sausage after five minutes add potatoes after five minutes add fish and corn after five minutes turn off burner and add shrimp after 2-3 minutes when shrimp turn pink, lift out strainer and dump on table covered with newspaper cut up the onion
