Ingredients

two fresh four-ounce tilapia fillets

1/2 cup unflavored panko bread crumbs

cayenne pepper to taste

3 tbs spanish olive oil, 1 tbs for frying and 2 tbs to coat Tilapia.

Preparation

  • heat 1 tbs olive oil in frypan over medium/low heat.
  • brush 2 tbs olive oil on both sides of tilapia fillets.
  • dip both sides of tilapia fillets in panko crumbs.
  • dust cayenne over just one side of tilapias.
  • fry for no more than 2 to 4 minutes per side.
  • serve.
