Panful Of Pdo Organic Fontina Cheese And Pears Recipe

Ingredients

600 gr of PDO Organic Fontina cheese

2 pears

A potato

2 smoky bacon slices

1 onion

300 gr of rocket

Preparation

Peel the pears, then cut them and the PDO Organic Fontina cheese into small pieces. In the meantime, in order to reduce the times of the cooking process, cut the potato and stew it. Cut the smoky bacon into small pieces and let it brown with a little of Organic Cream Butter and onion, then add the pears and the cheese and mix it all at medium heat until it becomes a uniform mixture. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle some rocket on it and serve it with brown bread.
