Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/4 cups Milk
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Sift together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) then whisk wet ingredients (egg, milk, butter, vanilla) and slowly combine the two until there’s no more lumps.
Heat up pan to medium, melt butter for each pancake.
