Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup flour

3/4 cup milk

1 T sugar

2 T veg oil

3 t baking powder

1/2 t salt

Preparation

beat egg with and beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. For each pancake pour about 3 T batter onto hot griddle. Cook until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other sides until golden brown.
