Ingredients
3/4 c AP flour
3/4 c WW flour
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 c fat free yogurt
3/4 c skim milk
1/2 c egg substitute
1 t vanilla extract
1 t grated orange or lemon zest
Preparation
Heat griddle to medium. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add wet to dry until just combined.
Spray non-stick cooking spray on hot griddle. Spoon batter on griddle. Flip when bubbles form on top and sides look almost done.
