Ingredients
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 ¾ tsp baking powder
1 or 2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 ¾ cups milk
vanilla or almond extract
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients. Separately, mix wet ingredients. Quickly combine wet and dry. Heat non-stick pan until drops of water dropped onto it sizzle. When bubbles rising to surface of batter pop and form holes that stay, flip pancakes.
